What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based business owners (B2B)
- Handle inbound calls from U.S.-based business owners (B2B)
- Educate prospects on federal contracting opportunities and our consulting services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior consultants
- Follow proven scripts and compliance guidelines
- Accurately document activity in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
This is a phone-based sales and appointment setting role—you’ll spend most of your day actively engaging with business owners.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- No nights. No weekends. Ever.
