What are the responsibilities and job description for the Identity and Access Management Engineer position at Government Contract Inc?
The candidate should have experience with the following:
- Supporting IAM policy development, role design, and ongoing access review activities.
- Developing and updating SOPs for IAM operations and related activities.
- Integrating IAM architecture into technical systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, or an equivalent identity platform.
- CIAM and/or CIMP certification.
- At least five years of experience analyzing, mapping, and improving IAM processes, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
- At least five years of documented experience developing SOPs, process maps, and IAM operational documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including at least three years of experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting IAM-related policies, role definitions, and access review activities, including participation in at least two IAM engagements in an enterprise or regulated environment.
Pay: $113,481.55 - $130,622.95 per year
