Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain store organization, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are attractive. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and purchases
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the store
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.20 - $22.30 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
