GoVa Counseling Center is a vibrant and welcoming counseling practice located in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. We are currently seeking a Post-Doctoral Clinical Psychologist to join our friendly and collaborative team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide counseling services to a diverse population of high-functioning individuals, couples, and families while growing professionally in a supportive environment.

We are looking for someone who brings both professionalism and personality to their work. Someone who enjoys collaborating with others, is highly receptive to training and supervision, and is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful growth and change.
Our ideal candidate has prior training in psychodynamic and/or family systems theories, along with direct therapeutic experience utilizing these approaches. Applicants must have completed a doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited university.
Our Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program involves a one-year commitment during which fellows receive all required supervision and training necessary to become licensed as a psychologist in the State of Hawaii. Compensation during the fellowship year is competitive and commensurate with standard post-doctoral salaries.
Upon successful completion of all licensure requirements, we will assist fellows with the Hawaii licensure application process. Once licensed, fellows transition directly into a full-time position as a licensed psychologist with GoVa Counseling Center, receiving competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. This transition also includes a three-year employment agreement designed to support long-term professional growth and stability within our practice.
As a member of our team, Post-Doctoral Fellows have the flexibility to provide services remotely through Telehealth from the comfort of their own home.
