Who are we looking for?

The Omni Client Services Specialist II has expert level understanding of several retail platforms’ requirements and content capabilities with expertise in executing assigned projects. This position has significant interface with clients and acts as a project manager for client project work. The Omni Client Services Specialist II position will make an impact by supporting timely and thorough project completion and demonstrating consistently strong communication internally and externally. This role may have responsibility for people management, and includes mentoring, training, and supporting Omni Client Services Associate(s).

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred concentration major in Business, Digital Marketing or Data Analytics.
  • 5 years of related professional experience, with preferred focus on the digital shelf and e-commerce landscape, including experience with content syndication, channel mapping, data modeling and analytics.
  • Technical savviness, with the ability to learn and successfully navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to create basic formulas and sort and manage data utilizing tools including V-Look ups.
  • Strong presentation creation and delivery skills, both for clients and in internal team settings.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, both written and verbally, across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with the resourcefulness to work both independently and collaboratively, excel and grow.
  • Has a growth mindset and thrives in an agile and fast-paced work environment with autonomy to drive outcomes.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively balance competing priorities.
  • Highly intellectually curious about the changing digital landscape and pivoting towards future client and company needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and document solutions to provide effective and timely resolution.
  • Highly detailed-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.


In this role, you will:

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead select client project management: coordinate meetings, manage meeting agenda, take meetings notes, send meeting follow ups, and define owners. Communicate proactively with management.
  • Delegate projects appropriately with follow-on supervision to success.
  • Independently manage select client meetings as needed: plan successful, consultative discussions with visual presentations as needed, and follow on project management and communication.
  • Develop project plans in Monday including key deliverables, specific actionable tasks, task owners, and timeline; include automations to facilitate deadlines and proper communications.
  • Identify client business capabilities, opportunities and risks and share with management on-going.
  • Manage own assigned tasks within company project management system for multiple, concurrent
  • Proactively communicate project statuses to appropriate stakeholders throughout assigned projects/tasks and upon completion.
  • projects for a diverse portfolio of clients; ensure all assigned responsibilities are accurately tracked with due dates and completed on time.
  • Syndicate digital shelf content from leading PIMs, DAMs, CMSs or related systems to trading partners via identified best processes.
  • Identify and share channel schema updates, communicate mapping updates needed.
  • Stay current with features and capabilities of retailers and tools.
  • Trouble shoot and action syndication readiness, including analyzing channel mapping for appropriate solutions.
  • Review, action, and trouble shoot trading partner feedback to full resolution and completion.
  • Effectively navigate and troubleshoot Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon channel feedback.
  • Analyze wide variety of data to effectively draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Work independently, with supervisor, and across Gournay Consulting to solve problems and provide creative solutions to business needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

*Please note: Base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000, based upon experience. Annual bonus potential is up to 15% of base salary, based upon performance.


This role is office based, with remote working flexibility offered on Fridays. Preference will be given to candidates already within a commutable distance to our office location in New Hope, PA.
