where you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This administrative position supports warehouse functions by managing a variety of tasks, from handling phone calls and reports to assisting with shift coordination and filing essential documentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
- Limited answering of telephones - give information as needed, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Preparing/printing, sorting, and filing invoices.
- Prepare various status reports, including activity updates, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.
- Work with the warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities.
- Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned
Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- High school diploma or equivalent
