This is a great opportunity that will give you responsibility for all sales activities in assigned accounts, delivering a unique customer experience, assisting sales representatives and multiple internal departments, and potentially handling projects simultaneously while also keeping up with clients’ day-to-day processes.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
- Keying and verifying sales orders- Retail and Food Service
- Answer telephone calls, direct calls to the appropriate contact, or assist with incoming sales calls.
- Greet Customers and handle inquiries/ order pickups as needed.
- Communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments, including purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs.
- Assist account managers with collections and credit issues.
Things you need to be able to do:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Things that are a plus:
- College degree preferred but not required.
- 2–3 years of customer service or sales support experience.

Qualifications:
