Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all event-related tasks to the highest standard of service and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Account Executives, clients, and guests.
- Anticipate and respond to last-minute changes or challenges with flexibility and composure.
- Support event setup and breakdown, including furniture placement and restoration.
- Complete all pre-event assignments and service steps as outlined in the Captain’s Manual before call time.
- Record accurate arrival and departure times for all event staff.
- Follow all established booking and event documentation procedures.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure smooth event flow and execution.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the event’s overall vision and objectives.
- Professional appearance and grooming, adhering to company standards.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset with a cheerful and helpful demeanor.
- Commitment to maintaining CBA Hospitality and food safety standards.
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in catering, events, or hospitality.
- Reliable transportation required; must be able to drive to and from offsite event locations.
- Access to email and the internet required; smartphone preferred for schedule updates and communication.
