Employment Solutions is hiring for our client for a hands-on Shift Leader opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing and leadership experience looking for a long-term, temp-to-hire role with growth potential.
Pay- $20 /hour DOE
- Full-time
- Schedule varies between days and overnights
- Some start times can be as early as 4:00 AM
- Flexibility is required based on production needs
- Temp-to-Hire
- Supervise and support production employees during assigned shift
- Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Monitor production processes and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate daily scheduling and assignments with the Operations Manager
- Ensure production and maintenance records are accurate and up to date
- Perform routine inspections of completed work before shipment
- Maintain professional conduct and enforce workplace expectations
- Assist with production duties as needed
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing process improvement efforts
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience required
- Heat treating or metal finishing experience is a plus
- Machining or metalworking experience preferred
- Assembly and inspection experience helpful
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be reliable and have dependable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights and early morning start times
