Employment Solutions is hiring Machine/Manufacturing Operators for immediate temp-to-hire openings in Somers, CT.

Schedule & Pay

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $19/hr

What You'll Do

  • Operate injection molding machines and production equipment
  • Perform assembly, trimming, packaging, and quality inspections
  • Complete basic production paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all quality and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
