Job Description
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Records Clerk for a long term contract. Work is onsite in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $25/hr.
Candidate will be responding to public records requests as well as scanning, organizing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records. Will enter data into the database and be responsible for file room cleanup including purging, labeling and organizing files. Candidate will also audit records to correct errors as needed. Must have 1 - 2 years’ experience in data entry, document control, or in a clerical role. Candidate must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred candidate will have a college degree and knowledge of specific record management software such as SharePoint.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
