What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Technical Program Manager – Digital Platforms & Artificial Intelligence (Contract to Hire) position at Gould Group?
PowerStack Microgrids™ (a Gould Group company) is at that point in our journey.
As The Full Stack Microgrid Company™, we’re integrating strategy, development, engineering, procurement, construction, and long-term asset support into one seamless business platform.
To support that vision, we’re making a significant investment in proprietary technology.

It’s an opportunity to work directly with our Founder & CEO to help architect the digital foundation of a rapidly growing company while building technology that creates lasting competitive advantage.
We believe great partnerships should be built—not rushed.

Our objective is to transition the successful candidate into a full-time leadership position at the conclusion of the engagement based on performance, organizational fit, and mutual interest.
As our Senior Technical Program Manager, you’ll serve as the bridge between executive leadership, business operations, software developers, and emerging technologies.
You’ll translate business strategy into scalable technology while leading the continued evolution of GouldOS™, the PowerStack Development Engine™, and future digital initiatives.
Your responsibility won’t be maintaining existing software.
It will be helping build the proprietary business platforms that define how our company operates for the next decade.
