- Case Preparation:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials related to personal injury cases.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to gather information, schedule appointments, and provide updates on case progress, ensuring a responsive and professional client experience.
- Research:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations to support attorneys in case strategies and decision-making.
- File Management:
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed, updated, and accessible for the legal team.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance, including managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Mentorship and Learning:
- Engage in mentorship opportunities and professional development activities to further your understanding of personal injury law and the legal profession.
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; coursework in pre-law or related fields is preferred.
