About Gouda Giggles
Gouda Giggles Charcuterie is a fast-growing, women-owned charcuterie company specializing in luxury charcuterie boards, grab-and-go lunchboxes, catering, grazing tables, corporate events, and interactive workshops throughout New York’s Capital Region.
We’re looking for two creative, dependable, and energetic team members to become the face of our mobile charcuterie cart and storefront.

Position Overview
This position combines:
- Food artistry
- Customer service
- Retail sales
- Food preparation
- Event staffing
- Independent decision-making
You’ll represent Gouda Giggles at our storefront and mobile charcuterie cart while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build beautiful charcuterie lunchboxes, cups, boards, and displays
- Operate our mobile charcuterie cart at hospitals, businesses, festivals, and community events
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting workspace
- Restock inventory and monitor product levels
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Open and close the cart/storefront when assigned
- Help set up and break down pop-up events
- Work independently and confidently when managing the cart
- Represent the Gouda Giggles brand with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
Required
- Retail or storefront experience
- Food service or food handling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- An artistic eye for food presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong common sense and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Preferred
- Management or leadership experience
- Catering, bakery, café, hospitality, or charcuterie experience
- Experience creating visually appealing food displays
- Current Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
