We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing, high-energy practice in Wellington, FL. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a supportive, well-respected doctor in a modern orthodontic office with strong growth potential and performance-based incentives.
About the Practice
- Established orthodontic practice
- Team of 12 in a collaborative, upbeat environment
- Technology-driven office using Thrive software and digital scanning (iTero)

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience (required)
- Experience with iTero scanning and digital impressions
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Seeking long-term stability
Schedule (40 Hours/Week)
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- (Patient care begins at 1:30 PM; mornings include admin/emergency appointments)
- Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (arrival at 7:30 AM)
- 2 Saturdays/month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- (No Saturdays in June & July)
