Golf Cart Technician-TEKO EV

We are a growing golf cart manufacturer seeking a Tech Support Representative to assist customers, dealers, and internal teams with technical questions, troubleshooting, and hands-on support. This is an on-site, full-time position that combines office-based work with regular interaction in a warehouse setting.

Technical experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking for someone reliable, mechanically curious, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for technical questions related to golf carts and components
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with guidance from senior staff when needed
• Assist with testing, diagnostics, and light hands-on work in the warehouse
• Document issues, solutions, and customer interactions accurately
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to resolve issues
• Support warranty and parts inquiries as needed

Qualifications

• Technical or mechanical aptitude preferred, but not required
• Warehouse or hands-on equipment experience is a plus
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and perform occasional light physical tasks
• Willingness to learn golf cart systems and product details

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
