The Manager, Channels Marketing provides marketing expertise needed for the Channels team and its licensing partners to achieve their objectives. This position participates in the development of Channel's marketing objectives and is responsible for developing, executing and assessing the effectiveness of the all Channel marketing and promotional efforts.

Work Experience
4-7 years Successful marketing/advertising work experience – consumer product and food industry experience Pref
Demonstrated success in planning and implementing marketing and advertising plans to meet brand objectives. Req
Experience leveraging social media to drive results Pref
Experience with effective package design and labeling Pref
Skills and Abilities
Strong working knowledge and skillset related to developing and executing marketing plans including electronic/social media.
Communication skills that create positive impact and engagement (written, verbal and presentations).
Ability to quickly identify and articulate a brand’s value across multiple stakeholder.
Able to quickly establishes and maintains credibility and trust.
Analytical and decision making skills with strong business and financial acumen.
Organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Possesses a high degree of drive and tenacity with a proven track record of achieving results.
Proficiency in Microsoft computer skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Ability to travel 20% of the time.
