Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Technologies, the Principal, Marketing Technologies will wield a blend of technical expertise and strategic foresight to merge disparate marketing technologies into a cohesive, efficient, and effective ecosystem.

Essential Functions
- Marketing Technology Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute a marketing technology roadmap to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for catering services.
- Oversee the selection, integration, and optimization of GoTo Foods key platforms, including CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, among other tools.
- Support omnichannel marketing strategies, including email, SMS, paid media, and loyalty programs, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Enable website personalization, online ordering experience enhancements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for catering services.
- Customer Data & Personalization
- Implement and manage customer data platforms (CDPs) for the Catering business to centralize customer insights and enable real-time personalization.
- Support customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and targeted promotions based on behavioral and transactional data.
- Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness, customer lifetime value (CLV), and attribution modeling.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience, loyalty, catering, IT, and product and other teams to align current and future capabilities with business goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure effective platform management.
- Compliance & Data Governance
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for subscription and preference management.
- Maintain marketing data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role within marketing technology, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of CRM, marketing automation, loyalty platforms, digital analytics, and customer data platforms.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing the integration of complex, multi-faceted marketing technology solutions.
- Proven experience working with product managers to develop and execute a technical roadmap for marketing technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical strategies and complex concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.
