Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist participates in the development of the brand's marketing team objectives to support overall brand strategies/goals, Menu innovation, brand plans execution. This position is responsible for overall support of the marketing team, including tactical support of go-to-market brand campaigns, new market openings, local store marketing, and reporting, and shares in the responsibility of communicating brand marketing initiatives to the franchise system. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and our offices follow a hybrid work model.

The Marketing Specialist participates in the development of the brand's marketing team objectives to support overall brand strategies/goals, Menu innovation, brand plans execution. This position is responsible for overall support of the marketing team, including tactical support of go-to-market brand campaigns, new market openings, local store marketing, and reporting, and shares in the responsibility of communicating brand marketing initiatives to the franchise system. Essential Functions
- General Marketing Support
- Work with cross-functional partners to support global campaigns as well as market tests
- Create communications calendar and communications for Franchisees regarding marketing-related updates and campaign-updates in a timely manner
- Create and coordinate project-based reports for the brand team and present results and insights
- Partner with the Operations team to maintain and regularly update the Global Innovation Library, ensuring product information are accessible for international markets.
- Continuously monitor global consumer, food, and marketing trends to identify insights and opportunities that can inform menu innovation, brand activations, and strategic marketing initiatives across international markets.
- Miscellaneous or special brand and marketing projects as needed.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Campaign Support
- Support go-to-market (GTM) process for each campaign for the brand by directly supporting the Brand Marketing Director
- Actively participate in GTM meetings with other departments, assisting with notetaking and action items.
- Support system-wide crew contests for campaign initiatives, communicating regular updates on the status of the contest and fulfilling the winner prizes when the contest is complete.
- Local Marketing Support
- Support the development of comprehensive marketing toolkits for international franchisees, ensuring brand consistency and effective local market execution.
- Regularly communicate with regional marketing teams to gather market data and insights to track new product launches and brand campaigns
- Work with the regional marketing team on new market opening, ensuring that the regional team has all the materials required for opening.
- Work with Devour agency/creative team in requesting new assets for new brand campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, public relations, communications, business, advertising, or other related field of study, PrefBachelor's Degree, Marketing, public relations, communications, business, advertising, or other related field of study, Pref
- 1 years' experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, or sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate in clear concise language; to demonstrate active listening while engaging others; and to present to key stakeholders in a relevant and compelling manner
- Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships (e.g, senior management, stakeholders, other departments, etc.) and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, trust, and support
- Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of stakeholders (e.g, internal and external customers, etc.) in a timely manner
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure critical deadlines are met; and to effectively prioritize work
