Essential Functions
- Build and run a national enterprise catering business development strategy
- Identify, pursue, and grow enterprise customers across corporate, healthcare, education, government, hospitality, and retail
- Develop strategic partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue
- Create repeatable sales motions, account plans, prospecting frameworks, and commercial playbooks
- Analyze customer, competitor, and market data to find growth opportunities and improve performance
- Work with franchisees to drive catering adoption, training, and execution
- Partner across Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Loyalty, Product, and Revenue
- Set KPIs, track performance, and deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Sales, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years in business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership.
- Demonstrated success building new businesses, channels, categories, programs, or go-to-market motions.
- Track record of securing, managing, and expanding enterprise customer relationships.
- Preferred experience in catering, foodservice, hospitality, restaurant, franchise, delivery, or multi-unit retail environments.
- Enterprise business development and Strategic account ownership.
- P&L and commercial acumen.
- Partnership management and Franchisee engagement.
- Executive communication and Cross-functional influence.
- Customer discovery and consultative selling.
- Data-informed decision-making and Iterative problem-solving and innovation.
- Sales playbook development.
- May be required to travel up to 50% of the time
