Join the Product Development Team as a System Engineer focused on delivering high-voltage battery systems for electric vehicles. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Participating in RFQ/RFI processes by preparing technical input and documentation.
- Developing a compliance matrix to decompose system level requirements to subteams for evaluation
- Developing ADV plan to verify customer requirements
- Analyze customer drivecycles, flowing electrical requirements to electrical/electronics teams
- Liason between our life simulation team to ensure customer requirements are met
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, thermal, software, testing) to ensure complete system integration.
- Supporting DFMEA, DVP&R planning, and functional safety efforts aligned with ISO 26262.
- Collaborating with global teams, including limited travel to suppliers or OEM sites.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the battery or EV industry, preferably in a Design and development, systems or validation role
- Exposure to high-voltage battery systems (400–1000V) including pack or module-level design
- Basic understanding of BMS, CAN communication, and automotive diagnostic protocols.
- Working knowledge of automotive product development cycles
- Exposure to safety standards such as ISO 26262, UN R100, IATF 16949 is a plus
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel up to 15%, including visits to suppliers and OEMs, both domestic and international
