Brief Job Description
Under the leadership of the department manager, the Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for aligning with headquarters' operational strategies, sales forecasts, and customer requirements to formulate and execute detailed production plans. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional departments to resolve production bottlenecks, monitor progress, and ensure production targets are met on time and within scope.
Job Responsibilities
1.1 Production Planning Formulation:
Lead the development of detailed production schedules based on market demand, confirmed orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
1.2 Resource Allocation:
Supervise and optimize the allocation of key production resources, including manpower, equipment, and raw materials, to ensure timely and efficient production.
1.3 Progress Tracking & Adjustment
Track real-time production progress, identify deviations, and implement timely corrective actions to meet production targets.
1.4 Inventory Management
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, striving to minimize costs while ensuring production continuity.
1.5 Cross-functional Coordination
Act as a liaison between production, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to align production execution with company priorities.
1.6 Data Analysis
Collect and analyze daily and monthly production-related data to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
1.7 Reporting
Prepare regular reports on production KPIs such as output, efficiency, cost, and quality metrics to inform department and senior leadership decisions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 Years of related working experience
- Proficiency in office tools including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
- Prefer skills: Data virtualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI
- Strong learning agility and adaptability
- High level of execution and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
- Strong team leadership and collaboration spirit
- Prior experience in production planning or operations in a manufacturing environment preferred
