Gotion is seeking a Performance & Compensation Manager to support the development and execution of our performance management and total rewards programs in the U.S. This role will be responsible for job evaluation, compensation structure, incentive design, performance management, and HR data analysis.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IPE or similar job evaluation methodology, total rewards design, and performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead job evaluation and job leveling work using IPE or similar methodology.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation structures, salary ranges, bonus plans, incentives, and other total rewards programs.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance review, calibration, PIP support, and performance result application.
- Conduct market compensation benchmarking and internal equity analysis.
- Support annual salary review, bonus planning, sales incentive plans, and key talent compensation proposals.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders on compensation and performance-related decisions.
- Prepare compensation analysis, bonus calculations, performance reports, and management presentations.
- Support policy documentation, manager guidance, and employee communication related to performance and compensation programs.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in compensation, performance management, total rewards, or HR COE roles.
- Hands-on experience with IPE, Hay, WTW, or similar job evaluation methodology.
- Experience designing or managing total rewards programs, including base pay, bonus, incentives, and benefits.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes, including calibration and PIP.
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and compensation modeling skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, battery, renewable energy, technology, or multinational companies preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. compensation practices and employment compliance preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
