Position Summary

We are seeking an analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Americas finance team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive business insights through data analysis and financial modeling, supporting key decision-making processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a solid foundation in finance, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze regional financial data to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual business analysis reports that support management decision-making

• Develop and optimize financial models to analyze trends and forecast key metrics including revenue, costs, and profitability, identifying both business risks and growth opportunities

• Actively participate in budgeting, rolling forecasting, and variance analysis processes, driving business departments toward achievement of financial targets

• Collaborate cross-functionally as a business partner to support market, sales, and supply chain teams with data analysis and financial recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master's degree or higher with strong quantitative and financial knowledge foundation

• Excellent data analysis and logical thinking capabilities, with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL or other data tools is preferred

• Strong learning ability with enthusiasm for understanding the relationship between business operations and financial performance, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English, with team collaboration spirit and ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments

• Graduation date in 2025 or 2026
