Highlights Of What Our Superintendents Will Do
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously by providing technical guidance for field personnel
- Conduct percent of completion analysis to ensure project are on budget
- Provide support for the Operations team by determining production schedules
- Partner with foremen to ensure materials and labor for project needs are met
- Build relationship with clients and field personnel by conducting weekly job walks
- Understand client needs and identify cost effective enhancements and change orders to ensure profitability
- Communicate with onsite Superintendents to provide updates on project progress
- Strategize how to improve project performance and exceed goals
Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Superintendent will include, but not limited to:
- At least 3 years of construction leadership experience
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
- Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Irrigation Systems and plant landscape materials
- Expert time management skills
