Highlights Of What Our Purchasing Administrative Assistant Will Do
- Logging orders on to our order log sending out the order log to the supers every afternoon
- Generating purchasing job folders, master requisitions and requests for quotes
- Data entry, including entering all quotes into purchasing system
- Indexing purchasing orders into Paperless system
- Assisting with invoice discrepancies as notified by Accounts Payable
- Assisting with Subcontracts, including follow-up on signatures and indexing into Paperless
- Potentially generating purchase orders and filling out forms for subcontracts
- Assisting with Site Furnishing orders (confirming specs, follow up, revisions, and placing)
- Issuing PO's for Backflow Certifications, Water Audits, Soils Reports
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge and experience with Excel and Google Docs
- Starting at $22 per hour
