What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Business Analyst - Construction Operations position at Gothic Landscape?
Build Smarter Operations with Gothic Landscape!
At Gothic Landscape, we don’t just build landscapes—we build systems that power how work gets done. As the largest family-owned commercial landscape company in the nation, our operations are complex, fast-moving, and deeply rooted in construction and field execution.
We’re looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst who understands how technology supports real-world operations—someone who can step into the field (conceptually and sometimes literally), translate operational challenges into system solutions, and drive meaningful improvements across our business.
This is not a generalist analyst role. We’re seeking someone who has worked in or alongside construction, field service, or operational environments and knows how systems like ERP, CRM, or job costing platforms impact day-to-day execution.
What You’ll Do
This isn’t a sit-back-and-gather-requirements kind of role. You’ll be working directly with the teams that build, schedule, estimate, and execute real projects in the field—translating complex operational challenges into systems that actually make their jobs easier.
If You’ve Ever Been Frustrated By Systems That Look Good On Paper But Fail In The Field , This Is Your Opportunity To Fix That. We’re Looking For Someone Who
