Responsibilities
- Create and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and positive behavior management techniques.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design classroom activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development.
- Assist in conducting assessments to monitor progress and tailor instruction effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children’s progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns.
- Maintain classroom organization and manage daily routines such as meal times, nap schedules, and transitions smoothly.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly preferred but not required.
