Job Description

Delivery Associates are members of the broader Gotham team. As we expand our delivery business we are looking for the most professional, efficiency and detail oriented delivery partners to help get our products into the hands of our customers. Gotham is a fully licensed premium cannabis concept store and brand - our delivery business is a direct reflection of that. Please join us as we reshape the cannabis delivery landscape of NYC!

Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Efficiently navigate New York City streets to provide timely and accurate deliveries for our premium retail business
• Safely operate an E-bike in compliance with all traffic laws, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the road
• Guided by our inventory team, Delivery Associates prioritize tasks to ensure all deliveries are completed within designated time frames
• Notify dispatch team if any conditions delay or impact on-time deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering customers’ orders with a friendly and professional attitude, creating a positive experience for our customers
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery bike, reporting any maintenance issues or repair needs promptly to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in E-bike delivery roles in urban settings
• Strong knowledge of NYC roadways and last-mile delivery best practices
• Excellent professionalism and presentation to customers upon receipt of their delivery
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal delivery teams and dispatchers
• Proficiency in using route optimization and delivery app systems (specifically OnFleet)

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization, especially during the initial launch phase of our delivery business and scaling of our operations to other locations in NYC.

You will be entitled to PTO. You will be eligible for select health insurance coverage 30 days past the first of the month after starting employment; 100% of this premium is paid by the Company. Profit sharing, 401(k) and various FSA account options will be available for participation.
