We’re looking for an aspiring Podcast Producer to join our growing production team. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience supporting both the creative and operational sides of podcast production.

What You'll Do
As a Podcast Producer, you’ll support multiple stages of the production process—from early research through recording and coordination. This role blends creative support with organizational and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with podcast episode production, including organizing and scheduling recordings
- Conduct preliminary research for episode topics and support script or outline development
- Write original scripts for creative, fictional, or narrative-driven podcast episodes.
- Handle production-related administrative tasks, including file management and coordination
- Collaborate with producers and editors throughout the production lifecycle
- Contribute ideas and feedback to the Executive Producer and Marketing team to help improve content quality and audience reach

- Strong interest in media, podcasting, and audio production
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player
- Experience with creative writing and storytelling, and are excited by the idea of developing narrative or fictional scripts for podcast episodes.
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow in a production environment
- Comfortable balancing creative thinking with logistical execution
- Basic familiarity with audio editing software is a plus, but not required
Compensation: $25 – 30/hour
The referenced salary range is based on the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
