We’re looking for a motivated Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team. This is a customer-facing sales position working directly with customers to help them understand available telecommunications products and services and choose options that fit their needs. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable working independently, and wants flexibility in how they structure their day. Previous telecommunications experience is helpful, but it is not required. Training is provided.
What You’ll Do
● Speak directly with customers about telecommunications products and service options
● Explain current plans, pricing, promotions, and features
● Recommend services based on customer needs
● Answer questions and provide accurate product information
● Complete customer enrollments and sales
● Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
● Meet individual and team sales goals
● Stay up to date on current products, promotions, and service offerings
● Participate in ongoing sales and product training as needed What We’re Looking For
● Strong communication and people skills
● Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
● Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
● Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
● Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
● No telecommunications experience required
Compensation
- $900-$1300 /week
- Compensation includes guaranteed base pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses.
- Actual weekly earnings may vary based on individual sales performance.
- Paid training is provided.
Schedule
This role offers a flexible schedule.
Team members have the ability to manage their own hours based on customer availability, sales activity, and business needs.
Daily office attendance is not required. Some in-person meetings, training sessions, or team check-ins may be scheduled as needed.
About the Position
This is a flexible, customer-facing sales position. While the schedule is self-managed, the role does involve in-person interaction with customers and is not a fully remote position.
