What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Chief position at Gotham Land Surveying?
Seeking a survey Party Chief for field work (with option to also draft later).
Seeking an independent contractor who wants to work on a percentage basis per job.
Paid up front, per job. You can work alone or with your own assistant. Minimum 5 years experience. Mostly Title, Architectural, and Final Surveys in the 5 boroughs and Long Island.
Expect photos, point files and basic data collector output. Must work with tape and total station, GPS is a plus.
Pay: $30.00 - $100.00 per hour, depending the job cost.
