Your expertise is needed! We are looking for a dedicated licensed counselor to join our growing network, offering virtual mental health support to those in need—all from the comfort of your own home. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Your Role:
- Lead virtual therapy sessions and help clients navigate their mental health journey.
- Create a safe space for clients to express their emotions and experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve meaningful goals for their well-being.
- Develop personalized treatment strategies and put them into action based on your professional judgment.
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Experience in delivering therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on trust-building.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with online therapy tools.
