Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Lees Summit, MO. The salary is $85k to $95k per year depending on experience plus full benefits including health insurance, 401k, PTO time and more. The work schedule is M to F 9 to 6 pm with some flexibility. You can expect to treat 1 to 2 patients an hour. You will be joining another PT and PTA on staff. The insurance mix is mostly commercial insurance major medical and medicare. The EMR system is WebPT. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and ongoing self-management. The role may involve coordinating rehabilitation services across clinical and home care settings, ensuring continuity of patient care. The Physical Therapist will maintain accurate records, adhere to professional and ethical standards, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications
- Missouri State PT License
- MSPT or DPT Degree
- Interest in Orthopedics and Working in an Outpatient Center.
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient populations.
- Demonstrated skills in Rehabilitation, including designing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Proven commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with a compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive approach.
- Experience or interest in providing services in Home Care settings, ensuring safe and effective therapy outside traditional facilities.
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including assisting with patient mobility and use of therapeutic equipment.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health records and scheduling; prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings is a plus.
