Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and adjust exercises as appropriate
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on care including therapeutic modalities, manual techniques, and functional training
- Monitor patient progress and communicate observations clearly with supervising PTs
- Support patients in meeting their recovery and performance goals—safely and effectively
- Contribute to chart documentation, treatment team discussions, and ongoing plan of care revisions
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient clinic environment
Requirements
- Licensed or license-eligible in Washington State
- Skilled in outpatient ortho, post-op care, or sports rehab (new grads welcome!)
- Confident in patient engagement, communication, and teamwork
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and EMR navigation skills
- Reliable, flexible, and excited to be part of a high-energy, purpose-driven team
- Interested in continued learning and possible specialization (we’ll help you get there!)
