Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Explore relationship dynamics, family concerns, and emotional challenges affecting clients
- Create therapy goals and adjust the focus of care as client needs change
- Use appropriate marriage and family therapy approaches during sessions
- Maintain organized and timely clinical notes and treatment records
- Participate in clinical discussions and collaborate with team members when needed
- Follow confidentiality requirements, ethical guidelines, and Arkansas LMFT standards
Requirements
- Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
- Experience providing therapy via telehealth
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload
