Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth opportunity. The position involves providing virtual therapy, evaluating client needs, building treatment plans, and helping clients work toward practical mental health goals over time. This role is ideal for clinicians who want a professional remote setting with consistent hours and a strong clinical focus.
Position: Full-Time
Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients virtually for therapy and counseling appointments
- Perform initial assessments and gather relevant psychosocial information
- Create and manage treatment plans based on client needs
- Record progress notes and maintain complete clinical files
- Provide ongoing support for mental health, emotional stress, and behavioral concerns
- Evaluate outcomes and modify treatment plans when needed
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services
- Strong documentation and case management skills
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
