Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy within your education, credential, and supervised scope.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when clinically appropriate.
- Complete progress notes, risk assessments, and other clinical records accurately and on time.
- Participate in supervision, case consultation, and clinical development activities.
- Follow all applicable ethical, privacy, reporting, and telehealth requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Current state-issued associate, provisional, temporary, intern, candidate, or other supervised-practice credential in counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health discipline.
- Credential must authorize the applicant to provide clinical services under supervision to clients located in Alaska.
- Ability to practice under approved clinical supervision.
- Private professional workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
- Availability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
