General Manager
Cades Cove Jeep Outpost – Townsend, Tennessee
Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Cades Cove Jeep Outpost retail location. This role is focused on driving sales, managing a strong team, maintaining the right inventory levels, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably at all times.
This is not a sit-back role. The right person is hands-on, leads from the front, understands retail numbers, and takes ownership of the store as if it were their own.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Culture
Hire, train, schedule, and manage store staff
