Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in powder coating or industrial painting
- Familiarity with prep, application, and curing processes
- Strong attention to surface quality and finish standards
- Ability to support warehouse operations when needed
- Knowledge of inventory and cycle counting preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Powder coating guns, hoppers, curing ovens, and related tools
- Adherence to paint booth and fabrication safety standards
