Position Overview

As a Residential Cleaning Associate, you will travel to clients' homes throughout Western New York and perform high-quality residential cleaning services using our detailed service checklist. This position requires individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

One of the unique benefits of this position is the level of independence it offers. Most of your workday will be spent cleaning homes independently without constant supervision, meetings, or workplace drama. While communication with management is important when needed, employees typically spend very little time speaking with supervisors or coworkers throughout the day.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying productive, managing their own time, and focusing on their work without being micromanaged.

Schedule

• 10–25 hours per week (most team members average 12–20 hours per week based on client demand and availability)
• Monday through Friday only
• Work hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or major holidays
• Must be available at least 3 weekdays per week
• Hours may fluctuate based on client demand

Typical Shift Structure

• Most cleaning appointments are approximately 2–3 hours in length
• Employees typically complete 2 homes per day, depending on the schedule
• Most scheduled workdays average 4–6 hours
• Additional hours may become available as the company continues to grow

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay of $19.00/hour during training
• Potential Increase up to $25/hour upon successful completion of training
• Performance-based wage increases up to $26-30.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes throughout Western New York
• Follow company service checklists and cleaning procedures
• Travel independently between job locations

• Represent the company professionally in clients' homes
• Maintain client confidentiality and respect clients' property at all times

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Smartphone with internet access required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent reliability and attendance
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to consistently arrive at scheduled job sites on time and prepared to work
• Ability to bend, kneel, lift, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable driving throughout Western New York
• Comfortable working in homes with pets, children, and varying household conditions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
