Got It Made Records is a growing commercial recording studio located in Chandler, Arizona. We are focused on delivering a professional recording experience while building a strong creative community for artists. We’re looking for an Audio Engineer who wants to gain experience, build relationships, develop credits, and grow with the studio long term.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Audio Engineer to join our team during our growth stage. This role begins as a volunteer opportunity designed to build systems, workflow, and client experience while the studio develops recurring business.
As the studio grows and client volume increases, there is potential to transition into a structured revenue-share arrangement based on booked sessions and agreed responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Record and assist during vocal and music sessions
- Operate and manage DAW sessions (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton, etc.)
- Set up microphones, headphones, routing, and session templates
- Edit audio and organize files
- Maintain professional session flow and customer experience
- Assist with studio upkeep and equipment organization
- Contribute ideas for improving studio operations and growth
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate audio engineering experience preferred
- Understanding of recording signal flow and studio etiquette
- Reliable communication and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Portfolio or sample work encouraged but not required
Compensation
This position begins as a volunteer collaboration opportunity.
Future compensation may transition into a revenue-share structure as client bookings and studio revenue grow. Revenue share terms, expectations, and payment structure will be documented separately before implementation.
