YOUR TYPICAL DAY:
As a Maintenance Tech, you'll work alongside technicians, assisting with repairs, maintenance, and installations for heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. Your day may include gathering tools, helping diagnose issues, and supporting service calls in homes and businesses. Every day is different and hands-on, offering valuable experience and opportunities to learn the trade. Whether you're fixing a leak or prepping an HVAC unit, your work keeps jobs running smoothly. THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- 1 years of experience performing plumbing and HVAC repairs and installations
- Maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience is preferred
- Any state license in plumbing and HVAC
- Electrical experience
- Sheetrock experience
- Bilingual
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
This is a full or part-time position based in Deer Park, TX and the surrounding areas. Our typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend availability required.
