Responsibilities
- Support Quality Assurance and operational needs across (Logan and Idaho)
- Assist in overseeing Food Safety and Food Defense programs across all supported facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company and regulatory standards
- Review and interpret procedures, regulations, and guidelines to determine appropriate actions
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication of quality-related activities
- Utilize company systems and software to manage data and workflows
- Conduct facility inspections and monitor compliance with established standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system enhancements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn additional systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to interpret procedures, regulations, and expectations and take appropriate action
- Adaptable, teachable, and open to feedback
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing and food distribution environment

- Ability to perform facility inspections, including standing, walking, and bending
- Ability to maintain mobility throughout the production environment
- Willingness to travel as needed, including:
- Travel to the Idaho cheese facility
- Occasional travel for training
- Experience in dairy or food manufacturing
- Degree in a science-related field
- Previous experience in a food production or quality assurance environment
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility based on operational needs
- Occasional additional hours may be required
- Location: Logan, UT
- Pay is commensurate with experience
