About the Role:
A busy, fast-paced LGBTQ nightclub is seeking licensed security guards to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in nightlife, has great awareness, and believes in community safety, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (must be active)
- 21 years old
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a nightclub/bar setting (non negotiable)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Deep respect for and understanding of queer spaces
Compensation:
- $20.50/hour
- Tip-out available on nights when a cover charge is collected
I have one position open. The hours are Saturdays from Noon to 6pm and 2pm to 8pm the second and third Sunday of each month. You would be on-call to pick up other shifts as they become available.
