JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Service Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service department calls
- Schedule appointments
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
- Assist the Service Manager with various clerical duties as needed
- Contact customers for Customer Satisfaction responses
- Handle customers with integrity and poise and refer incoming calls to the appropriate individual for further assistance
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
