WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support internal technicians by accurately locating and supplying parts for service jobs
- Assist retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phone
- Answer parts department calls promptly and professionally
- Receive, check in, and organize daily parts deliveries
- Deliver parts to wholesale customers and maintain strong working relationships
- Assist with growing wholesale business through reliable service
- Ensure accuracy in parts lookup, orders, and inventory
- Drive a pickup truck for deliveries (towing a small utility trailer is a plus)

Our Parts Department has over 120 years of combined industry experience, creating a knowledgeable, stable environment where people are trained properly and set up to succeed. We run a professional, low-drama shop where teamwork, accountability, and doing the job right are the standard.
SCHEDULE
- 45-hour work week
- One rotating Saturday shift every 8 weeks
- Predictable schedule with advance notice
PAY, BONUS & EARNINGS
- Competitive pay depending on experience
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Monthly bonus tied to technician productivity, paying up to $250 per month (hit regularly)
- Estimated annual earnings: approximately $56,500 – $67,000, including overtime and bonus
PERFORMANCE REVIEWS & RAISES
Unlike most dealerships, we conduct formal performance evaluations every 6 months, with wage increases tied directly to performance and contribution.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with technicians, customers, and vendors
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Automotive or parts experience is a plus, but not required
