Goshen is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate our initiatives with precision and excellence. Our structured team values organization, accountability, and consistent execution.

In this role, you'll ensure our campaigns and projects move forward efficiently, keeping team members aligned and deadlines met. Your work will directly support our ability to serve the Goshen community effectively while maintaining the high standards our community expects.
Who We’re Looking For
You will be responsible for bringing order and efficiency to the multi–7-figure projects Goshen runs. From organizing a team of 7 people to managing thousands of moving parts—including content, courses, and client deliverables—you will oversee both high-level strategy and fine details.
This role isn’t for someone who needs their hand held. It’s for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to manage complex workflows, and isn’t afraid to take ownership.

Expectations
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across all departments (primary responsibility)
- Plan and execute events from start to finish including venue selection, logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site coordination
- Coordinate team resources and resolve dependencies or bottlenecks
- Track progress on marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives
- Run effective meetings with clear agendas and action items
- Document processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain project management systems (we use ClickUp)
- Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables
- Collaborate across departments to maintain alignment and momentum
Who You Are
- You have 3 years experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing
- You preferably have experience planning and executing professional events
- You're proficient with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- You're a strong communicator who can coordinate diverse team members
- You can anticipate potential issues and proactively solve problems
- You thrive in a structured environment with clear goals and accountability
- You take complete ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion

Remote/Hybrid. Mostly remote, with occasional visits to venues when planning events.
