About the Role
Goshen Therapeutic Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Play Therapist to join our team and provide in-person counseling services within a trauma-responsive, community-based clinical environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting school age children (ages 3-12) in the Canton, GA area. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a safe, supportive space for youth.
Compensation
Salary: Competitive base salary ($45,000 - $70,000) depending on licensure level, with eligibility for performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based individual, family, and trauma-informed therapy
Develop and maintain treatment plans and assessments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and DFCS partners
Maintain clinical documentation and billing compliance
Attend and Participate in staff meetings and training

Master’s degree in community counseling or related field. (Social Work, Community Mental Health, Marriage and Family Therapy).
Full license or Associate license preferred with Georgia’s Secretary of State (License eligible considered for the right candidate.)
Eligibility for approved supervision.
Must submit a valid and official transcript showing proof of degree awarded.
Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the like.
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and proof of insurance meeting required 100/300/100 liability coverage, and be insurable by GVF's auto insurance carrier.
Complete and pass a criminal background check, safety screenings, health exam and drug screen.
Salary : $45,000 - $70,000
