Dental Front Desk/Receptionist
Immediate Supervisor: Site Leader
QUALIFICATIONS:
? High school diploma or GED and CRC.
? Bilingual
? Proven experience working in a dental office preferred.
? Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
? Knowledge of general administrative duties.
? Good telephone etiquette.
? Exceptional organizational skills.
? Excellent customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Greeting Patients to the practice.
? Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
? Checking Patients In/Out.
? Keying in Patient information and preparing chart
? Verifying Insurance/Medicaid as well as keying in Medicaid Claims
? Confirming appointments
? Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
